Cela dit, une \u00e9tude populaire men\u00e9e par un groupe de Harvard a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/newsroom.heart.org\/news\/low-gluten-diets-may-be-associated-with-higher-risk-of-type-2-diabetes?preview=f1be\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">risques de d\u00e9velopper un diab\u00e8te de type\u00a02 \u00e9taient plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s chez les personnes qui avaient moins de gluten dans leur alimentation<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Le consensus est le suivant\u00a0: pour les personnes atteintes de diab\u00e8te, il sera difficile d\u2019adopter une alimentation sans gluten simplement pour le faire, car ces derni\u00e8res doivent d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre tr\u00e8s conscientes de ce qu\u2019elles mangent.
