Vous devez cependant toujours consulter votre m\u00e9decin avant de vous engager dans un exercice physique intense afin de vous assurer que vous en \u00eates physiquement capable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La gestion du diab\u00e8te est propre \u00e0 chaque individu et d\u00e9pend de nombreuses variables, dont le sport, les besoins de sant\u00e9 de l&#8217;athl\u00e8te, la longueur et la dur\u00e9e de l&#8217;entra\u00eenement, les comp\u00e9titions \u00e0 venir, etc. Les principaux risques de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique pour les athl\u00e8tes diab\u00e9tiques sont essentiellement au nombre de deux :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>L\u2019hypoglyc\u00e9mie (le taux de sucre dans le sang est trop bas)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Afin de vous pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 une hypoglyc\u00e9mie, gardez toujours \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main au moins 15 \u00e0 20 g de glucides \u00e0 action rapide. Notez \u00e9galement que le risque d&#8217;hypoglyc\u00e9mie est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 si vous sautez un repas ou si vous faites un exercice physique intense ou de longue dur\u00e9e. Les exercices d&#8217;a\u00e9robic, comme le jogging, ont tendance \u00e0 faire baisser la glyc\u00e9mie.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>L\u2019hyperglyc\u00e9mie (le taux de sucre dans le sang est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Certains exercices de haute intensit\u00e9 ou ana\u00e9robiques, comme l&#8217;halt\u00e9rophilie, peuvent augmenter la glyc\u00e9mie.
